About Us

Moms Assisting Moms Association (M.A.M.A.) is a nonprofit organization created to support and uplift mothers who are working to improve their lives through education, job training, and personal growth—while still carrying the full responsibility of caring for their children.

We exist to remove the real-life barriers that keep moms stuck in survival mode. Through our program, eligible mothers can enroll in approved educational or workforce programs, while M.A.M.A. provides short-term childcare financial assistance to help cover temporary or urgent childcare needs. Assistance is one-time and based on available funding. Our goal is to ensure that no mother has to choose between bettering her future and taking care of her children.

In addition to education and childcare support, M.A.M.A. operates a diaper bank, formula bank, wipes bank, personal care item bank, and household essentials bank. From these resources, we create custom care packages based on each family’s specific needs. Mothers request assistance through our online intake form, allowing us to provide fair, organized, and confidential support.

M.A.M.A. was founded with the belief that when mothers are supported, entire families and communities thrive. We are committed to meeting moms where they are, restoring dignity, and building pathways to stability, independence, and long-term success.
